HOW DO YOU MANAGE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION?

I understand that information I come across when working with my clients has been compiled, accumulated or acquired by them, including certain confidential information and/or trade secrets belonging to them. It is of utmost importance to me to maintain the trust and fidelity of my clients. I will not disclose, publish, use, copy or make any confidential information available to anyone for use outside of my clients at any time. This includes not only during our engagement, but also at the completion of the contract. Furthermore, I will not disclose information of others to my client as part of my services.

IF MY ORGANIZATION HIRES YOU, WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO?

Once a client decides to hire me, we negotiate the specific terms of the contract. This includes finalizing fees, scope of work, and invoicing schedule. We will then typically meet in-person to do a brief, initial on-boarding session and I will request they share relevant background documents (budgets, sample proposals, any tracking tools). Then it's time to get started!

WILL WE NEED TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR ANY SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE OR CRM?

I'm already trained and experienced in the provision of services as outlined in the contract with my clients. All services I provide are performed in a manner consistent with industry best practices and I maintain the licenses, tools, equipment and materials necessary to completely perform all my services.
